Information we collect

We collect the information you provide in contact, registration, home-valuation, seller-guide, and listing-alert forms, including name, email address, phone number, message, property details, and the listing or ZIP code involved when available. We also retain relevant acquisition context such as source, campaign, landing page, referrer, listing ID, ZIP, stated interest, and submission time.

If you save a listing, that preference is stored in your browser. If you request restricted listing-photo access, we record the access grant and listing context. If you create an alert subscription, we record your chosen topic and ZIP preferences, consent time/source, and an opaque unsubscribe token.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in uses the Google OpenID Connect scopes openid, email, and profile. We use the stable Google account subject ID, and when supplied and verified by Google, your email and basic profile information, to create or link your site identity and session. We do not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, your Google password, or unrelated Google account content.

Google sign-in is used for site access features such as listing-photo access and saved identity. It is not consent to marketing. We do not currently offer Facebook or Apple sign-in; if either is introduced, this policy will identify its requested scopes and uses before it is enabled.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to your request, provide the feature you requested, maintain a consolidated lead record and interaction history, operate listing and market-information tools, prevent abuse, and improve the website. We use an event layer compatible with Cloudflare Zaraz when it is present to measure page and interaction activity. We do not sell personal information.

SOLD.com referral records and their contact authorization are maintained separately from this site’s marketing preferences. A SOLD.com referral authorization is not treated as permission to send listing alerts or other marketing communications.

Marketing choices

A contact inquiry, home valuation, registration, favorite, photo-access request, or Google sign-in does not automatically enroll you in marketing. Listing alerts require a separate affirmative email-consent checkbox. You can use the unsubscribe link in an alert email or contact us to opt out; we retain suppression information so the opt-out can be honored.

Cookies, storage, and service providers

We use a registration cookie, a secure Google sign-in session cookie when you authenticate, and browser storage for your theme and locally saved listings. We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, and database services; Google for the optional sign-in service; and MLS/IDX data providers for property information. These providers process information only as needed to operate their respective services.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and honor opt-outs. No transmission or storage system is completely secure; please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in forms.

We may update this policy as the website or its data practices change. The current version will remain available at this URL.
